Our publishing rule
A hosted file must be an ArcadeShelf original, public-domain material, open-source software under compatible terms, or covered by explicit distribution permission. Otherwise, a catalog page may link only to the source specifically approved to distribute the file.
Official-source links
MAMEdev states that ROMs on its free-download pages are approved for distribution on MAMEdev only. ArcadeShelf therefore links to the individual official page and does not copy those ROM archives.
Send a notice
Email legal@arcadeshelf.com with:
- Your name and authority to act for the rights owner.
- The copyrighted work and the exact ArcadeShelf URL at issue.
- Your contact information and a good-faith statement.
- A statement that the notice is accurate, plus your signature.
What happens next
We log the notice, preserve relevant evidence, restrict the disputed item when appropriate, and respond after review. Repeat or clearly abusive submissions may be rejected. Counter-notice options depend on applicable law.

Company, console, and game names are used for identification and compatibility information. ArcadeShelf is not affiliated with MAMEdev, Exidy, SNK, Nintendo, Sega, or other game companies unless a page expressly says so.
